7 STEP SKIN CARE ROUTINE

Here is a daytime skin care routine that you could follow. There are many products available for skincare but we don’t know when to use those products. So here is the guide to use those products for a healthy and glowing skin. We have also provided with the night time skin care routine.

Here is the 7 STEP SKIN CARE ROUTINE to keep the glow on your face.

1. CLEANSE

The First and the most important step is to wash your face with a good cleanser or a face wash. This will help you remove all the dirt from the face. Always be sure to choose a gentle cleanser or a face wash specially if you have sensitive skin.

2. EXFOLIATE

The second step is to remove the dead skin cells from your skin and the dirt that clogs the pore. This can be done either by exfoliating your skin by some readymade mask or by using one of the diys. If you have a sensitive skin you can use the diys for the exfoliation process.

3. TONER

After exfoliating the skin, the third step includes toner.Toners are most helpful and necessary for people with oily or acne-prone skin, or for people who want extra cleansing after wearing makeup or other heavy skin products such as sunscreen. Including toner to your daily skin care routine will give you wonders. Toner will shrink the pores and will refresh the skin.

4. APPLY MOISTURISER

After applying toner, the next step is to apply moisturiser. This step is really important to keep your skin hydrated and to provide a glow to your skin. Applying daily moisturiser will keep the blemishes away from your skin. If you have a oily skin use light moisturiser so that your skin does not look heavy.

5. SERUM

Serum is designed to provide intensive skincare. Serums are of different types and you should choose a serum according to your skin type. This will also help you to keep the skin hydrated and will protect the skin from breakout.

6. SUNSCREEN

Applying sunscreen will help you fight against skin cancer, but also against wrinkles, fine lines and hyperpigmentation. This should be a part of your daily skin care routine before you put your skin out in the sun. Whether it is sunny or not you should always apply sunscreen before you go out.

7. APPLY CC CREAM

A complexion care cream should be a part of your daily skin care if you go out. A cc cream brings the glow on your face. And is perfect if you are a student and cannot do heavy makeup.
